    Ramadan Trifles

    Within the spirit of sharing in Ramadan, we have created five trifles that can be enjoyed by the whole family and guest.

    We present to you firstly, the Apricot Rice Pudding Trifle. Rice Pudding, a popular Middle Eastern dessert is layered with cake, apricot or qamar el din custard, fresh slices of apricot and a sprinkling of pistachios. 

    The Ranjina Trifle, an Arabian Gulf delicacy is  experienced in this trifle by layers of ranjina cookies, cake, dates, cardamom custard and cashew nuts.

    The Berry Meringue Trifle, brings a crunchy note to trifles. It is layered with crunchy meringue, fresh berries and cream patisserie. 

    The Aloha Trifle is a delicious layering of tropical fruits like pineapple, mango, toasted coconut, kiwi and passion fruit custard and cake.

    Lastly, we did not forget the coffee lovers with our Raspberry Mocha Trifle. A classic tiramisu trifle with the addition of fresh raspberries and raspberry coulis.
